Borrowing from the opulence of yesteryear and the relaxed luxury point of view of today, these condominium residences embody the true meaning of idyllic. Nearly fantastical in their perfection, these homes are created for the life one only dreams about. Four Fifty Grand embraces that dreamy nature, utilizing light, earthy hues, fanciful typography, and the tone of classic storytelling to let the public imagine how wonderful storybook living can truly be.

A Glimpse Into the Historic Glamour of Original NYC

Downtown Manhattan is where NYC became NYC. Like any neighborhood, it has undergone numerous changes throughout the years, but its most notable renaissance is currently in full effect. We were charged with reimagining the existing brand so that it more fully fits within this new dynamic. We ensured the building’s target demographic of young New Yorkers could feel the presence of the downtown energy by launching an electric campaign featuring quotable headlines, lively imagery, and a refined, glamour-worthy color palette.

Taking shape near the coastal terrain of Nova Scotia’s Mersey River, The Point is brought to life through iconography and an energetic, nature-fueled color story. To capture the optimistic essence of this new community of Scandanavian-inspired duplexes and townhomes, we sought to add a new dimension to the local fabric by expanding the language of nature through the lens of a familiar, yet evolved view of modern coastal living. Branded textiles and linework taken right from the river’s curvature blend with a knowing voice that speaks to the true potential of this community.

This sophisticated aesthetic extends across a comprehensive brochure package, encompassing detailed residence floorplans and a custom set of stationary and accessories. Each element reflects the exquisite blend of contemporary elegance and timeless luxury that defines the St. Regis Residences experience. To further showcase this premier lifestyle, we produced captivating photo and video content to encapsulate the harmonious fusion of opulence and comfort that awaits residents of the St. Regis Residences in Rye, New York.

A Storied Global Brand Meets Boston’s Legendary Heritage

For their entry into the North American market, Raffles chose Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood to be the home of their latest hotel & residences. We embraced the task of branding the residential portion of this project by adding textured layers of language, imagery, and curiosity atop the adventurous nature of the Raffles legacy brand.

Rich colors and intricate printing techniques combine with quotes from notable Raffles guests. An air of sophistication juxtaposes a playful bit of mystery. Dashes of wit balance doses of wisdom. From our creation of an in-depth coffee table book package to designing an enveloping sales gallery, the essence of the Raffles brand and the magnetic excitement of this new Boston destination can be sensed and experienced through every creation.

For New Jersey’s Dey&Bergen, a combination of vintage whimsy and modern irreverence creates a delightfully off-kilter take on luxury. Built on the imaginary personalities of two mid-century characters with the surnames Dey and Bergen, we commissioned a set of quirky artworks from an international artist to illustrate a laissez-faire approach to sophistication. This eclectic aesthetic brings an exciting flavor to apartment living and is a standout for the area, attracting a discerning, stylish tenant base.

In the face of daily injustices, the collective outcry from ordinary voices forms a mighty chorus. Embracing this ethos, the Museum of the Courageous, a non-profit dedicated to commemorating acts of bravery against hate, entrusted us with streamlining their organization’s messaging and crafting a nationwide billboard campaign. Our goal was to succinctly articulate the impact of their mission, directing attention to their online platforms. To launch this impactful awareness initiative, MOTC proudly unveiled a digital billboard at the heart of New York City’s Times Square.
